Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking team members for its Auburn, WA location to provide friendly guest service and support fast-paced store operations. The role includes cash handling, food preparation, merchandising, and adherence to safety guidelines.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts, direct deposit, health and wellness packages, education reimbursement, shift differential, and bonus programs in the U.S. payroll framework.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise sound judgement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct POS activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning indoors and outdoors.
• Prepare food and beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for price accuracy.
• Restock shelves and manage displays across store and cooler areas.
• Observe local laws for fueling where applicable (Oregon only).
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
