Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a drug screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license.
• Must have 1+ years of cash handling experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to sportsbook guests.
• Adhere to all company and Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations.
• Answer customer questions and assist with bets.
• Deescalate disputes and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Promote and explain our sportsbook betting options to customers.
• Represent Caesars Entertainment in a professional manner and ensure compliant operations.
• Complete Title 31 paperwork and documentation per policy and gaming standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
