Job summary

Nike Rise KOP in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume Nike store team, ensuring exceptional customer service and knowledge of Nike products. This full-time role requires working 38-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and guiding staff to deliver the consumer journey with integrity.

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you’ll role-model service, engage customers authentically, and collaborate with teammates to hit store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
