Job summary

Nike Oak Brook is hiring a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead daily customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume store. You’ll guide your team, ensure service excellence, operate cash registers, stock displays, and participate in store events. Nights and weekends flexibility is required.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $20–$26, eligibility for discounts, PTO, 401(k), health savings accounts, ESPP, tuition reimbursement, and support programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs.
• Leading by example and delivering service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Operating a cash register, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays.
