• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products and promotions.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
