Venture Home is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll represent Venture Home inside Lowe’s locations, engaging homeowners in conversations about solar energy and energy savings.

This role blends retail interaction with education, qualification, and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants. It’s ideal for outgoing people who enjoy helping customers and building lasting relationships while earning competitive pay and uncapped

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
