Job summary

Circle K in Lordsburg, New Mexico seeks a full-time Site Manager/Supervisor to lead store operations. You will recruit, train and manage staff, supervise daily tasks, maintain store appearance and ensure high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient with computer use for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills required.
