Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept per company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation of staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with all staff and hold regular meetings.
• Develop action plans to meet site objectives and organize site files.
