Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and work in the described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and management meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept per Company standards.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management, hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation of employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and promote excellent service while resolving customer complaints.
• Prepare on-going performance appraisals in writing and provide performance-based feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site image, and marketing execution to meet Company standards.
• Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Establish timely communication with all site employees and hold periodic meetings.
• Evaluate and develop action plans to reach objectives, organize site files and manuals, and ensure reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Manage merchandise display, stock levels, and accuracy of pricing.
• Ensure employment posters and signs are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; budget and forecast P&L lines; safeguard and account for money.
