Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a full-time Site Manager/CSR leadership role in Belen, NM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Perform essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Supervise and train on equipment usage per CSR/ASM roles.
• Supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Use computer for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Organize tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Maintain professional image and supervise staff within company guidelines.
• Schedule staff to maximise service and site image.
• Drive non-discriminatory management, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure safety procedures and awareness among staff.
• Communicate updates through periodic meetings with staff.
• Plan action steps to meet site objectives and manage files.
• Oversee merchandise display, stock levels and pricing.
• Handle daily sales analysis and basic financials.
