• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and energetic greeting to promote a sense of security.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide support and guidance to training associates on shortage reduction programs.
