Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Confidential information handling required.
• Able to monitor store environment and analyze trends.
• Excellent communication and energetic greeting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and store areas to reduce theft.
• Greet customers entering or exiting with a warm, loud greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks on associates as needed.
• Provide support in shortage reduction programs.
