• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Greet customers and assist with questions to provide a secure, positive shopping experience.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
