Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident, friendly greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction programs and train associates on procedures.
• Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies and with leadership.
