Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold all brand standards and food safety requirements. You will train new hires, manage cash handling and POS operations, and perform opening, daily, and closing duties while keeping shelves stocked and products fresh.

A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Operate POS system and process payments in accordance with policies.
• Ensure proper food handling and maintain food safety standards.
• Train new team members and monitor compliance with policies.
• Open, daily, and closing procedures and checklists.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow brand standards and company procedures.
