Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams and ensure exceptional customer service. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, POS operation, food preparation tasks, and cross-selling products while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food handling procedures including stocking, labeling, dating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prep, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Adhere to brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of any issues observed.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
