Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring for a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards across the plaza. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires standing for extended periods, flexibility for days/nights/weekends/holidays, and strong communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
