Trulieve in Gainesville is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in leading store staff, driving performance metrics, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a regulated retail setting.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, prior retail or customer service leadership, and experience with cash handling; you will supervise cash handling, coaching, and maintaining store standards while serving patients.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in supervising store personnel.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Coach, train and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Maintain store inventory and uphold brand standards in merchandising.
• Handle patient issues and escalations professionally and confidentially.
