Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and boost customer loyalty through excellent service in Massachusetts. When management is unavailable, you lead the team and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise store staff, communicate with management and crews, assist customers, and help maintain a positive shopping environment while upholding confidentiality and store standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; execute displays and resets per planograms.
