MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a energetic Retail Shift Supervisor to join our Washington Store - Hwy 100. The role supervises staff, delivers outstanding customer service, and helps drive daily operations in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

You’ll lead with integrity, use scheduling and inventory tools, and contribute to our diverse benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail management or related goodwill experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and train staff and ensure they perform their essential functions.
• Provide superior customer service to ensure retention and resolve issues quickly.
• Coach employees on performance and discipline up to termination.
• Assign daily duties to meet operational targets.
• Identify employees for advancement based on performance.
• Safeguard company property and information; report theft or misconduct.
• Follow all agency policies and values.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manage scheduling and payroll for accuracy.
