The ideal candidate brings retail management experience (1 year), excellent communication, and comfort with store technology to help drive daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail management or Goodwill experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable with store tech and software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and train staff to perform duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors to ensure retention.
• Coach employees on performance, including disciplinary actions when needed.
• Assign daily duties and identify candidates for advancement.
• Assist with payroll and staffing to ensure proper store operations.
