Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part‑time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth operations. You will lead staff when managers are offsite, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and promote a loyal CVS customer experience.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and strong communication with management and crews, with a typical 20-hour weekly schedule and a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise crew with assignment, direction and follow‑up of tasks and performance.
• Assist customers and handle questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock, and merchandise displays; manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal assortments.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
