Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, communicating with management, assisting customers, merchandising, pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store crews by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews, and assist customers with questions and complaints.
