MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic Retail Shift Supervisor for our Overland Park store (135th). You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and support daily operations while earning an hourly rate of $19.50 with a monthly bonus up to $500.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; no degree required.
• Retail management experience or Goodwill experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with registers, scheduling, and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to perform their duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
• Coach staff on performance and discipline when needed.
• Assign daily tasks to meet store operations.
• Identify staff for advancement opportunities.
• Protect company property and handle sensitive information.
• Read and enforce all policies and values.
• Ensure proper staffing and manage payroll edits.
• Improve processes to reduce waste.
