MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor for the OFallon MO Store - Hwy K. This role supports our mission, drives excellent customer service, and leads a team to meet daily goals.

Hourly pay is $19.50 with potential monthly bonuses up to $500. No degree required; one year of retail management or equivalent Goodwill experience preferred. Benefits include medical, retirement, PTO, and more.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail management or related Goodwill experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
