Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/lead experience.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of common pawned items is a plus (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics).
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
