EZCORP in Texas City, TX is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead store operations, train staff, and grow into future roles. You will oversee customer service, loans and pawn transactions, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
• Knowledge of pawn items (tools, jewelry, electronics) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and pawn deals.
• Process loans and extensions and determine terms with customers.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store team members to meet store goals.
