Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English to work with customers and team members and operate electronic equipment.
• Must be able to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily operation of the store.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with SOPs; convey changes to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
