Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms for items to be pawned.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures and supervise store Team Members.
