Job summary

EZPAWN in Chicago is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead daily store operations and coach Team Members. You will promote sales of pawn items, process loans, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience preferred.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales of pawn items.
• Lead and coach store Team Members; supervise opening/closing procedures.
• Process loans and extensions; negotiate terms with customers.
• Follow the career path toward management with structured training.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous environment that differentiates EZPAWN.
