EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) at EZPAWN Illinois, Inc. in Chicago, IL to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team in a fast-paced pawn environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/shift lead or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales of pawn items.
• Lead and coach store Team Members and influence performance.
• Process loans and extensions and determine jointly satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures and ensure controls are followed.
