Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Texas to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash management while promoting the store's membership program and maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPIs on the sales floor and at the register.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open/close procedures, maintain store appearance and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and participate in store promotions.
