Job summary

MINISO USA in Texas seeks a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, maintain standards, and oversee cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash handling.

You will also promote the store's loyalty program, ensure shop appearance, stock levels, and engage customers to create memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling and merchandising.
