Job summary

Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Shift Leader to support operations management and training in our donated-goods retail environment. You will coach staff, ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, handle banking and reporting, and maintain store presentation with our values of love, kindness, and respect.

Qualified candidates have prior supervisory experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related paid employment or military service.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees across shifts.
• Open and close store operations and manage banking/paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and pricing donated goods.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in achieving sales and production goals.
