Job summary

Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Shift Leader to assist with operations management and training donated-goods retail employees. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts 8am–10pm Mon–Sat and 11am–6pm Sundays, with a starting wage of $16.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour weekend premium, monthly bonuses, and merit increases.

• Handle operational tasks (bank deposits, paperwork, reporting) and cashiering.
• Price and process donated goods while maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Provide excellent customer service and support store goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
