Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Shift Leader to support store operations and coach donated-goods retail staff. You will train employees, manage daily procedures, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding our values of love, kindness, and respect.

Qualifications

• Previous related full-time supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills for daily employee and customer interactions.
• Effective communication skills to coach others.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate a cash register.
