Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Cincinnati, OH store. The role supports the General Manager in leading store personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and prior cash handling experience. Retail or customer service management is a plus; strong interpersonal and confidentiality skills are essential. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant GM in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
