Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent in Business or related field.
• Two years of retail management experience with an emphasis on customer service.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in operating a retail store, donation processing center, and/or warehouse operations.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and manage store associates, donations, processing, stock rotation, inventory, and sales.
• Lead by example, train team members during onboarding, and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with procedures and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
