Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training teammates, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfort with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
