Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as part of Store Manager duties, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct team on execution.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including bank deposits and handling shipments.
• Build genuine connections with customers via needs-based recommendations.
• Assist floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and store standards; keep up with physical demands of the role.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Uphold company values and policies at all times.
