Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience (key holder, shift lead, or manager).
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales of pawn items.
• Lead and coach Team Members to meet store goals and brand standards.
• Open and close store procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms with customers.
