Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations by opening/closing the store, assisting during peak times, and guiding new staff. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage cash, and help maintain product knowledge and inventory accuracy.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership in retail or similar settings, strong math skills, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and informing customers about products and services.
• Open and close the store; support for new employees.
• Assist during high volume periods and with inventory tasks.
• Operate scanners and cash registers; ensure accurate cash handling.
• Verify prices and quantities; provide receipts and process refunds/exchanges.
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and maintain cleanliness.
• Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge.
