Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail management experience or prior Goodwill/warehouse experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service and teamwork.
• Leadership skills: decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, problem solving.
• Comfortable with registers, scheduling, and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and train staff to perform primary functions.
• Provide superior customer service to ensure donor/shopper/staff retention and de-escalate complaints.
• Coach employees on performance; discipline up to termination.
• Assign daily duties to achieve operational tasks.
• Identify employees for advancement based on performance.
• Protect company property and report misconduct or theft.
