Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations as a leader during peak times and as Manager on Duty when needed. This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a strong commitment to customer service and policy adherence.

You will coach Associates, ensure proper labor and stock procedures, and maintain accurate service coverage. A background in retail with leadership exposure is preferred to help drive store success and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience both in-store and with team members.
• Acts as Manager on Duty following policy and procedures.
• Ensures store operations and opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Gives coaching to Associates and monitors performance.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for service areas to ensure service quality.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Communicates priorities clearly to management and staff.
• Supports training needs to improve team effectiveness.
