Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Key Carrier at our Orlando, FL location. This elevated Coordinator role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and leadership in maintaining store operations and customer service.

The position models exceptional service and ensures the team executes tasks per store policy. Key Carriers serve as a Manager on Duty when needed, prioritize tasks, coach Associates, and help maintain opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of store processes and merchandise flow.
• Ability to coach and delegate to Associates.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates to improve performance.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
