Job summary

As a Key Carrier you will act as Manager on Duty, ensure adherence to store procedures, coach Associates, and coordinate coverage to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Communicates accurately with management and Associates when setting priorities and providing feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
