• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is ideal.
• Strong leadership and customer-service mindset are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to build product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions with POS systems and participate in promotions.
