Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-ups.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is absent and reports issues to management.
• Maintains store inventory counts and ensures pricing/signage compliance.
