Job summary

Merlin is seeking a Retail Shift Lead for Bubble Planet Charlotte to guide frontline staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain smooth retail operations. You will coach team members, handle busy periods, and support merchandising and inventory while upholding safety standards.

This on-site role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
