Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in Charlotte is seeking a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help run daily operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for families visiting Bubble Planet.

You will keep lines moving, assist guests and teammates, and develop leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience on opening teams.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people.
• Capable of staying calm in busy situations.
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others.
• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
• Interested in growing into leadership.
• Available weekends and holidays (required).

Bubble Planet is an exciting new immersive attraction from the same team at SEA LIFE Charlotte, designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our opening team and help bring this one‑of‑a‑kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of bubbles, color, and imagination!

What You’ll Do

• Help support the Bubble Planet team during daily operations
